Arte Mental is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and associated services, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the data needed to reply to your requests: name, email, phone, message subject and, when applicable, clinical data shared during sessions. For the website we use aggregated analytics without individual tracking cookies.

Data is used to: (a) reply to contacts and bookings; (b) deliver contracted services; (c) comply with legal and tax obligations; (d) send newsletter communications (only with explicit consent).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and portability. To exercise these rights contact us at geral@artmental.pt.

Clinical data is retained for the legal period applicable to health professionals. Other data is retained only for as long as necessary.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of sensitive data in the database (AES-256), TLS for all communications, access control and audit logging.
